Brush Up on your Advocacy Skills!

The Wisconsin Council on Children and Families (WCCF) recently released an advocacy guide to help YOU learn the basics about how to talk to legislators and educate them on subjects that matter to you. Check out the guide here. The guide also provides information about the structure of Wisconsin’s government, how a bill becomes a law in Wisconsin, the Wisconsin state budget process, ways to communicate with your elected officials and more.

For even more information on advocacy, check out WCCF’s Advocacy Tool Kit. Share your advocacy tips and experiences here- we would love to hear from you!
