Early next week, the Senate Appropriations Committee will be voting on funding levels for child care, Head Start and a host of other programs. The great news for us in Wisconsin is that Senators Kohl and Johnson are on that committee!  Hearing from you will help child care get the attention AND FUNDING that it needs in this important step in the budget process.

As members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Senators Kohl and Johnson will vote on funding for child care subsidy for low-income families; and also about licensing, the quality of care and learning opportunities for all children and all families.
